Meet our Founder, Jessica
With over 15 years’ experience across recruitment, executive search and in-house talent leadership, Jessica has worked within boutique agencies, served as Head of Talent for one of the UK’s fastest-growing SaaS businesses, and founded Belong Consultancy.
In 2019, Jessica established Belong with a clear mission: to help businesses succeed and individuals find where they belong - differently.
The Big 4 and traditional executive search models are expensive, outdated and rigid. Generalist recruitment is transactional. Jessica wanted to build a firm that encompassed both executive search and transformation consultancy in one unique solution which provided the specialist expertise, consultative approach and white glove service - with a human touch - that seemed to have been lost in the industry.
Over the past six years, Jessica has built C-suites, pioneered growth and directed transformation for a multitude of businesses. Most of all, we have made an impact in people's lives and the world of business - and we are not stopping.

Our Founder and CEO, Jessica, left school at 16 with no A Levels or university degree. She has experienced firsthand what it is like to work, build a company and sit in boardrooms as a minority. Jessica is relentless in her mission to challenge the status quo and disrupt the world of business.
We give a voice to those who have been overlooked – whether due to gender, age, education, sexual orientation, ethics, neurodiversity or parenthood – and ensure that exceptional leaders from all backgrounds are heard, valued and placed where they can make the greatest impact.
