Meet our Founder, Jessica
With over 15 years of experience in recruitment and executive search, Jessica has worked across boutique agencies, served as Head of Talent for one of the UK’s fastest-growing SaaS businesses and founded Belong Consultancy as its CEO.
As Head of Talent, Jessica scaled the organisation from 20 to more than 200 employees across the UK, EU, APAC and the US. She partnered closely with the Founder as a trusted strategic advisor, helping to build and grow the business beyond expectations.
In 2019, Jessica founded Belong with a clear mission: to create an executive search firm purpose-built for start-ups and scale-ups. Belong combines a consultative, white-glove approach with the agility and real-world experience required by early-stage and high-growth businesses. Over the past six years, Jessica has not only built leadership teams and C-suites for a wide range of organisations, but has also supported, advised and coached founders and senior leaders on how to successfully scale their businesses.
Then everything changed
In 2025, Jessica’s life turned upside down when her mother was diagnosed with terminal cancer. She took several months out of work to care for her - an experience that profoundly reshaped her perspective. It strengthened her drive to make a bigger impact, help more people and build a legacy her mother would be proud of.
At the same time, she recognised that the world of work was changing: AI and automation were replacing jobs, and unemployment was at a record high. Companies were hiring differently, with investors and CEOs focused on scaling revenue and EBITDA rather than headcount.
Jessica realised there was a huge pain and problem that needed to be solved: how to build and scale businesses in the leanest and most profitable way.

Today, Belong is more than recruitment or executive search. It is a strategic consultancy, orchestrating fractional expertise, outsourced programme delivery and executive talent solutions to help businesses transform, automate and scale.
