As a female who left school at 16 with no A Levels or university degree, and strove hard to build a career and business in a corporate world is heavily dominated by academic, white men - I know what it is like to feel that you do not belong.

I never want anybody to feel that way and that is why I founded Belong.

And now, having lost my mum to cancer, my mission, purpose and passion is stronger than ever.
