I established Belong because I recognised there was something fundamentally broken with the Executive Search and Recruitment industry.
Clients were being sent irrelevant candidates and not provided with the advice, consultancy and specialist insight that they should have been.
Candidates were being treated like monetary transactions, with no support, guidance or regard for the fact they were making one the most important decisions in their life.
There was a gap in the market for an executive search business, which truly specialised and had unquestionable market knowledge, but also provided the human touch.
I started Belong because I care about people.
