As a female-owned and female-led executive search firm, DEI is closer to our hearts than most.

 

Our Founder, Jessica, left school at 16 without A Levels or a university degree and worked tirelessly to build a career – and a business – in industries traditionally dominated by men and defined by academic elitism. She has faced adversity at every stage, and continues to do so today.
